Hello!

My name is Heiromy Castro, or Heiro (pronounced like “hero”) for short. I am a 2D focused compositor and motion designer specializing in motion graphics and compositing in After Effects and other software.

My time at the Savannah College of Art and Design allowed me to work in a collaborative environment to develop my talents and passion further. I worked as a compositor on various films with different groups, and pursued my own solo projects as well. My internship experience has allowed me to practice other skills like animation and 2D rigging in After Effects, all of which have made me love editing, compositing, and all things post-production.

Growing up watching tons of animated shows, it has been wonderful to have the opportunity to find work in the field I am so passionate about. Combining my love for animation with my studies, aesthetics, and sense of motion is what I aim to do every time I create a composition or design, aiming to deliver the best possible final product.
